Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed
Our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee covers the products and services that we provide our customers. If a customer or a customer's customer (end user) is dissatisfied in any way with a product or service from the Andersen Company we guarantee that we will do whatever the customer thinks is fair to correct the situation to their satisfaction.
When there is a problem with a mat(s) that has been in service (manufacturing defect, poor performance or quality) we must return at least one of the mats and all codes dates from remaining mats for inspection and credit. The Andersen Company will be responsible for return freight.
If a credit is requested but the mats have not been used (wrong color, size, did not like, incorrect product, changed mind, etc.), then we must have the entire order returned. If a customer makes an error in purchasing, the customer will be responsible for return freight charges. And a restocking charge of 25% will be assessed.
