Very nice customer service, but we received the mat, and it was the wrong size. Got an apology and good customer service, and the mat was remade, but the second one is the wrong size too.... disappointing- not sure why it is so difficult when the dimensions are provided. Would love the 3rd mat to be the correct size but frustrated.....
